Meet U-STUCCO™, the world’s first 'insulated' stucco that is revolutionizing the stucco industry with its thermal, water and fire-proofing properties. It’s an ultra-light weight, hydrophobic, high crack and corrosion resistant, UV reflective, ready-to-use powder-mix product.
U-STUCCO™ is ideal for achieving superior energy efficiency. Unlike traditional stucco products, it has thermal properties (R 2.2 / inch) complying with California Title 24 code while helping builders achieve higher R values with the most common wall assemblies and covering thermal breaks on various wall systems.
U-STUCCO™ is also known as the first and only true fire-proof stucco within the industry. It does not emit toxic gas or burst into flame when exposed to fire. It can resist more than 3,000 F for over 3 hours. It can be used as a fire-proof coating for steel structures as well as used in a fire-resistant assembly.
U-STUCCO™ is a blend of high-performance white portland cement, mineral based lightweight aggregates and post-consumer recycled content that conforms to ASTM C926 meeting code criteria for exterior portland cement plaster. It also complies with EPA and OSHA regulations.
U-STUCCO™ can be used as a replacement to job-site mixed scratch & brown coat stucco and finish coat stucco as well if desired. It can also be used as an interior plaster and can be sanded to a smooth finish if needed.
U-STUCCO’s simple 1 coat application process greatly reduces time and labor expenses and renders standard 3-coat stucco application obsolete. U-STUCCO™ can be applied in a single pass of up to 1 inch to nearly any substrate. It adheres superbly to EPS, XPS, ICF Systems, RockWool, Cinder Blocks, AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Blocks, Steel Structures and MgO (Magnesium Oxide) panels.
U-STUCCO™ is a water-resistant, hydrophobic, mold/ mildew resistant, V.O.C. free material which makes it ideal for interior and exterior WRB applications.
U-STUCCO™ can be installed with extraordinarily little training. It can be trowel or spray applied.
Replaces job site mixed scratch and brown coat stucco. Can be installed in one pass up to 1” thickness. Compatible with 3rd party stucco finishes.
Can be applied over ICF, EPS, XPS, MGO panels, densglass, sheetrock, plywood, AAC & CMU blocks, steel beams and 3D concrete printed walls.
No special training needed. Just add water and apply. Can be applied by hand or spray gun. Does not require moist-curing. Ready to accept finish in 48 hours in ideal conditions.
Easy handling and installation. Less fatigue on labor force. Up to 2 times more production per day compared to regular stucco products. Great savings on scaffolding.

Industry's first and only hydrophobic (water repellent) base coat stucco. Resists wind driven rain. Resists hydro static water.
Permits the diffusion of water vapor that may condense in the wall structure. Does not allow moisture penetration, thus preventing the growth of mold and mildew.
Contains post-consumer recycled materials. Requires 50% less water compared to conventional stucco products. Mineral based non-toxic composition. Safer for labor force. VOC free.
